Moving from California to Texas over 25 years ago was a wonderful adventure. Being lucky enough to live in Austin for 23 years has been an honor! To see this city grow and thrive has been exhilarating. I believe this is the best place in Texas to live and the people make it a rich city full of culture and excitement. I could not be more satisfied with Monica during this process.  She was extraordinary.  As buyers from out of state, she understood and accommodated all of the extra work required for us to be comfortable purchasing a home in Texas.  Her knowledge, guidance, organization and availability were all top notch.  From beginning to the final closing she was easy to contact and efficient.  We really appreciated all the face-time showings and  walk throughs.  We had a couple bumps in the road with the lenders and she supported us through the process and went to bat when needed.  As a 14 year, field grade Marine and second time home buyer, I am not easy to impress but she exceeded all of my needs/expectations.  We will be using her in the future for all our real estate needs.
